For the next competition I think you should just go with the cars that are entered and have been entered for 6 months or more. If you are going to have a specialized competition announce it as USC V and take entries.

The guys with the newer stangs got a bit of a shaft this time around when it was decided to go all classic after announcing USC III.

Clean out the entries you have and then whatever sort of specialized contest you want to run do it right and announce it as such and let the entries come in.

My own entry has been posted since last May or June and I know there were more than a couple in way before me.
