I'm doin it...the new Shelby GT500...

I have grown bored with my 2001 Cobra about a year after buying it, so I figured I would just store it and keep it as a collectors. With not even having 3000 miles on it it would be a great buy for some one. I have been looking at other cars to buy and did not think the wife would part with the money for a new SHELBY. Tonight at dinner, I am not sure why tonight, after tossing it around in my head now for the last 6 month, I threw it up on the table that I would like to get a new Shelby GT 500. Waiting for the big beat down, she says what ever, because the one in the garage is wasting away, so why not update it. I am going to start looking for one Tommorow before her mind changes. Going to see if I can get one in black with no stripes.

Here is my thing, Where would my best bet be to get my 01 Cobra seen/sell?

I think all the Shelby GT-500s come with stripes but the good news is they are el cheapo tape stripes and can be peeled off. Congrats and good luck with your search

Looking for a Black with no stripes first choice and for a second choice a blue with no stripes. I know if you order one you can get it with out stripes, but do not want to wait that long, because I know she may change her mind. I do not think that it clicked with her how much they are haha..

if they were painted on it would be great, but to pay that much for vinyl stripes is a sin! god luck on the find and can't wait to see some pics!
