Several weeks ago, we brought you some exclusive news about the evolution of the
2008 Bullitt Mustang rumor. Well, it looks like Ford noticed and recently released some official
specifications to extinguish any false speculation.
While they’re nothing prolific, the 2008 Bullitt looks like it will be a fine addition to any Stanger’s driveway. But while the official spec list in circulation contains plenty of details concerning power increases, production numbers and body modifications, there is nothing—not even a hint—of speculation over the price.
The numbers themselves are nothing incredibly impressive compared to all of the ridiculous aftermarket and special edition pony cars we’re seeing these days. The suspension package looks nice, and it should be fitting for those bumpy rides through Frisco that we know all too well. The 18” Bullitt wheels will look nice as well with the 3.73 gears and the X-Pipe.
So we’ve got the numbers, but where are the pictures? Ford is toying with us, but for now, the potential ’08 Bullitt spy shots will have to suffice.
