USC III Winner: Joseph Welk's 1965 Mustang Coupe

Congratulations to Joseph Welk- er, mustangguy289 as you might know him. In a final tally with a difference of just over 10 votes, his 1965 Mustang coupe, which he calls 1QUICK289, was able to come out of the Ultimate Stang Challenge III: Classics Edition victorious.

Welk will take away a variety of prizes, including $250 to California Pony Cars, $100 to CJ Pony Parts, am author-autographed copy of Cobra & Shelby Mustang 1962-2007 Photo Archive and several autographed classic Mustang prints from reknowned automotive photographer Wallace Wyss.

Welk has been a devoted StangPlanet member for awhile. Check out the feature piece we did on his '65 beast earlier this year. We'll talk to Welk later this week to give you an update on what he's doing with his winnings!
