We always love to bring you the latest eye-catching models from the aftermarket industry—whether they’re rolling out of Dearborn or the garage of a serious enthusiast. This week is no exception. Customization in 2007-2008 just got a whole lot cooler with the announcement 2008 Saleen S281 RF and new Cervini styling options released for the 07-08 Mustangs.
The S281 RF isn’t anything prolific—just another really good looking Mustang coming from the aftermarket auto crafter. Take the S281 and take your pick of either black or alloy paint, both with exclusive red accents. The 465 HP twin-screw supercharger comes standard with the RF, as well as other Saleen performance adders that can be expected. Of course, also expected is the $49,995 MSRP, which includes destination. They’re only making 100 of these units, so contact your local Saleen certified dealer to check availability.

Cervini is keeping anxious GT500 owners interested with a variety of new styling options for the 2007-2008 models. Their 2.5” mandrel-bent side exhaust system features new 304 stainless steel Magna Force 4” round mufflers and polished cast-aluminum exhaust tips. GT500 owners can expect a “Dyno proven” 8-10 horsepower increase from this stainless steel system due to its race-inspired design that allows a 95% straight flow path. The exhaust tips are covered by a stylish rear bumper cover that minimizes drilling by utilizing OEM mounting locations on the body.
The Cervini 1/8” brushed aluminum billet grille will assure people see your pony coming. Their chin spoiler is a great looking replacement for the stock black spoiler. Neither of these require any cutting or drilling. Problem solved.
To top it all off, Cervini is solving the much detested problem of cutting into the beautiful hood to accommodate power-adders with their new 2.5” Cowl Hood.
