Inspiration/story: The severely understated styling and abundant horsepower and torque of the 69 & 70 Boss 9's was the concept behind the execution of the Raven. Yes it has the GT500 front and the GT500 wing. They are on there for the appearance enhancing qualities only. There are no Shelby stripes, no cobra badges and most importantly no Shelby emblems anywhere on this car. It is not a Shelby, It is not a Shelby poser. Why try to be 1 of 20 or 30 thousand when you can be 1 of 1.
Raven6 is a daily driver first of all with over 28,000 miles on the odo. When not on the highway she spends most of her time at local and regional car shows. Where she has taken awards at the Carlisle All Ford Nationals and the huge Mustang Week show. Lastly she is an infrequent competitor on the drag strip with perhaps 5 or 6 track outings a year. She is not really set up for hard core drag racing but she can hold her own on the 1320.

Update: raven6 took 2nd place award in the 2005 and up modified Mustang class at the Carlisle All Ford Nationals on June 7 2008
Update2: raven6 ran in Pinks All Out at E-town on July 26 and turned a 12.12 @114.28 on the first time trial. The second run felt a little better but when you take the arm drop from Rich Christenson only the Pritchett boys in the tower see the times and no time slips are given. The combination of heat/humidty and an hard to find vacuum leak contributed to ETs that were off her normal pace. A nine second class was chosen for the final 16.
