transgo shift kit--heavy duty or full race???

hello all---i have ordered 3.55 ford racing gears and install kit with some fresh clutches for my trac-loc.....now i am gonna need a shift kit-from what i have found online transgo is the way to go-the reprogramming kit--now i have a 92 lx 5.0 conv--will not be seeing the track-so which one should i go for -the heavy duty or full race??dont want to under do it or over do it-but i want definitely want the tires chirping hard into 2nd gear...thanks-
