Where does this vacuum line go?

Recently replaced the heater core on my 90 lx and saw this vacuum line just hanging around. It comes from the drivers side fender well, I've searched online to try to find out what it is but haven't been able to find out where it's supposed to go so if anyone knows or could just look real quick that'd be helpful. Thanks in advance.

I was gonna ask if the cruise worked or the control panel for the heater switched to all the different settings.
