T-5 question

Just a quick question but has anybody ever had a T-5 that wouldnt stay in reverse? It will not move the car unless it on flat levle ground. Grinds an pops out. All other geare work great. Any info would be great.

if you have any grinding in any of your other gears it might be your syncronizers going out and soon you will need a new tranny
