I like the copper autolites for everything. I run them on my 91 sc gt and the 88 2.3l.

Copper is a better conductor of electricity than platnium so it offers a better spark. With th3 5.0's they tend to like the stock OEM Motorcraft/Autolite 25 plugs.

A step even better are silver plugs, but i don't think they make them to fit the 5.0 yet...plus they are $8-9/plug.
