Foose Design Options Question
For all of you Foose owners out there... Do all of you have the Foose Instrument Panel with the Foose Design Logo? For some reason, I do not have that nor did mine include the signature applique' on the dash.
Looking at my Foose Owners Manual, it says the my car is supposed to have these. The Foose dealer window sticker does say it is supposed to have the signature applique' but does not mention the Instrument Panel. The window sticker also says it has the "Premium" package. Anyway, just interested to see what others actually have.
I also did not have the Cold Air Induction System or flash program. (Of course I had to add one myself as soon as I got it!)

Not too familiar w/ Foose, but did you go through the same deal that Shelby owners have to go through...getting it from the factory and all?? Where is Foose based? That sounds fishy...

I bought it from the dealer off the showroom floor. Apparently it was a transfer from another dealership. When I look at the Foose Design window sticker, they list the signature applique' as part of the base Foose Design options and of course stick about $13K on the price of the original mustang. Then on the right side of the same Foose window sticker, they hit you with another line item that said "Interior Upgrade $630". However, there is no description as to what this includes. I had made the assumption that was the instrument cluster with the foose logo because if you look at the Ford interior upgrade option (for a lot less) it is upgrading the instrument from the standard 4 instrument cluster to the 6 instrument and adds the MyColor option.
When I approached the dealer, at first they said I had to have a Premium package before I would get the brushed trim (which I don't have) and the signature applique'. However, when they realized both the Ford window sticker and the Foose Design window sticker had the "Premium" package listed, the response changed to we will have to look into it. Anyway, the dealer has been "looking into" all of this for several weeks now and has not provided any other feedback. As such, that is why I was trying to find out what other Foose owners actually had in their cars.
I have also sent a couple of emails to Foose Design and only received the automated response. I really like the car but for the price that I paid, I want the car to have what it is supposed to have.

Oh, Foose is out of California. I am on the East Coast in NC. Foose cars were being built by Unique Performance of which for other reasons not being described here, Foose severed the relationship. To my knowledge, no one else is licensed to build the Foose cars except by Chip Foose and his team on the TV show "Overhaulin".

He didn't say that at all, lol.
LocalDJ, could there be any possibility that your dealership got it from Unique? I know it's a stretch, but theres almost too much missing from your Foose for it to be simple coincidence, you know? I feel like it has to be somehow connected to all of that Unique Perf. BS. I dunno

I guess anything is possible but the dealer salesperson told me that it was a dealer transfer from another Ford dealership.
I did send them a formal letter asking for them to take care of the "shortcomings" to make the car whole. Their response was that they have contacted Foose customer service so we shall see. I am going to give them another week before I step it up a bit and consider going formally outside legal.
