Actually I did send mutiple emails to Foose Customer Service expressing my concerns and asking them to confirm my findings. I used email as my communication method so that it provided me with documentation that I did try to resolve the issues. All I received was an auto generated email response that indicated they have an enormous amount of email and will address in the order of receipt. That has been since early May. No results so I am fairly confident that the dealership will run up against the same wall.

I did offer the dealership an alternative since it is highly unlikely that they can actually obtain the authentic Foose parts to make the vehicle whole. I expressed that I was interested in having a supercharger installed and I offered to pay up to $2500 of the cost if they were willing to cover the remaining cost in exchange for having to spend any more time and money on the issue. Of course they verbally told me that was not an option. From my perspective, I prefer to get what I paid for -- a complete Foose Stallion. In absense of that, I expect some form of composition. By offering them the SC option, I was assuming that they would actually come out better from a monetary aspect, but hey, I can just as easily let the media and the legal system figure out what would be appropriate.

The whole point of this thread was for to try and determine what other Foose owner's actually had as part of their cars so that I would have a better basis for my position. I would not use other's names, but pictures of interiors and engine options or Foose window stickers would be greatly appreciated.

Hmmmm thats a problem....

*scratches head*

I know through dealing w/ Saleen that it's a pain in the arse to get these guys to fix anything they screwed up. Or deal with anything in general. They're all the same.
