No its a F700. It has a 2 speed rear-end and a 16ft. flatbed on it. It was an old farm truck of my neighbors but hes had it under a barn for over 20 years and he just gave it to me.

Yes i agree you certainly have been around the block on this once or twice, and i appreciate the help. Now would the 2V clevland heads be able to be bolted onto other small blocks like if i wanted to build a 347 stroker?

wow you dont see a F700 everyday.. rear end would be great to put in an old hot rod and have mechanical overdrive lol.. no you cant put cleveland heads on a normal small block. everyone says thats how they made the boss 302 but the boss 302 is actually a destroked cleveland. (ive actually had my hands on a couple Boss 302s that were built at my dads coworkers house to complete stock look) the heads from a 351C are massive. I have a 302 in my stang and a 72 351C sitting in the garage torn apart and Ive looked at em both, that and I know someone thats tried. they are just way too big and the head bolts and water jackets wont match at all

HA YES THE 19 YEAR OLD WAS RIGHT! look as much as i hate to agree with mr. jratt, he is right about the swap it would be the biggest hassle to do that. i am 19 years old also and i am putting a 460 big block in my 1970 mustang, BUT the 70 mustang was made for a big block also so the only thing i have to worry about is the headers clearing the shock towers. you should stick with a small block 302 or doing a 347 stroker motor. if it is built right the 347 stroker can give you the 500 ponnies that you want. stick with it buddy, it will work out for ya

Ya thats what iam looking goin ahead and doing. But ill try and get some pictures of that F700 for you jratt. the only the damage done to it is a square bail fell on the roof and it has a bubble dent on it that can probly be pushed out. I also got another project 2 days ago that really needs some work, and its a 88 coupe. What do you thing about a BB in a fox?

lol, been done, seen it on pinks.. go fig some dick put a 454 in one.. arg I hate that.. thats about as bad a a blown 454 in an old fj40... my dad has a 66 with a fibeglass body 5 spd and 400+ hp chev small block andd that things jsut stupid.. itll roast all 4 33 12.50s with ease..
going for a drive sometime this week to see if my car is still overheating.. put a new rad cap and overflow bottle on it hopefully that will help a bit.. I wish I had the money to put into it. the front k member seems a little tweaked, you can tell the fronts taken a few good hits.. Im thinking at 8.149 mpg and a messed up frame, it needs to be turned into a full chasis drag car and find something better for a daily driver.. maybe a blown flathead powered vw bug.. I just dont ahve the money or tools to do it.. I need out of this hellhole of a state
