I Actually built that wall. It was for the new johnny depp movie Public Enemies that was filming in oshkosh wisconsin.
I was hired as the construction foreman and we built the wall to cover the modern town square(didn't look like 1930s )
we took it down and shipped it to joliet state prison in Illonois for another movie.
