Personally, I think its a bogus law suit. First, the announcement said 100 "2007" Mustangs, it didnt say 100 period. Second, anyone who purchases a brand new car thinking there is some investment value in it (especially a car that is basically mass produced - a Mustang) is a little off base. If you want something to invest in, invest in a piece of art, real estate, etc. - NOT a brand new car. Want something exclusive - purchase a Koenisegg, Nobel or something along those lines.

Will be interesting to see how this goes for sure.
